No respect for neighborhood. Work is loud, workers yelling at each other, dust and dirt, work 6 days a week til night..they think they have PERMISSION to do whatever they want..I would recommend you do not rent from this developer..taking over city blocks, thanks to Alderman..hope their projects sit empty for years
