I recently had the pleasure of touring Bristol West Port Seattle, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The property itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and a great location close to everything Seattle has to offer.

What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service provided by May, the leasing assistant. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I had all the information I needed. Her professionalism made the entire process so much easier and less stressful.

I highly recommend Bristol West Port Seattle to anyone looking for a place to live in the city. With a great team like May’s, you’re in good hands!

Property is dirty. There is trash always overflowing, the sidewalks and staircases are filthy and never been washed, there are bugs and spiders in hallways, the units have cracking walls and will not be clean when you move in but they will charge you for cleaning when you move out.
The management office is terrible, you can’t reach anyone in corporate if you have any issues. The regional manager is a joke. Cars get broken into alll the time. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Don’t waste your money here!! There are far better places around the same price in the area.

The maintenance guys are always so helpful and knowledgeable. We put in a ticket for four different problems and they had them all fixed within 15 minutes. They're amazing.

The guys changed out the 2nd bedroom thermostat, however, the baseboard heater does not come on. You can hear the thermostat “click” when it passes the current temp, whether turning the dail up, or down, so I think that’s working. However, the baseboard heater doesn’t come on at all. A return visit is required and you have my permission to enter the unit.

This neighborhood is too rubbish, and the manager is an immoral person. Because of the noise problem, the management staff and the manager deliberately made things difficult for the tenants, saying why other tenants did not complain about the noise and only you complained. The manager and the management staff did not understand who was complaining and If you don’t help the tenants, according to the management staff, my ears are sick, and the ears of other tenants are not sick, and their contracts are overlord clauses. I will pass the law to protect my legal rights

I moved in 4 months ago and I'm looking forward to my lease being up. When I moved in the dishwasher, oven and washing machine were dirty. I had a leak under my sink that I notified them about numerous times before they sent maintenance over to fix it! Their excuse every time I brought it up was that they only have one maintenance man right now. My motor in my fridge is going out so it makes a loud noise all day long, I work from home so it's very annoying. After complaining about the fridge since I moved in Andy finally replace the motor and 2 weeks after they replace it my fridge went out and they initially told me that they have 10 other people with the same problem and wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday and if it needed to be replaced it would be about 2 weeks. In the state of Washington they're required to replace a refrigerator within 72 hours. They are extremely unprofessional here, ESPECIALLY MAINTENANCE! He was arguing with me instead of trying to come up with a solution. They acted like 90 degree weather no ice, no cold water was no big deal. After all of the back and forth they ended up looking at it the same day, come to find out they put the motor in wrong. There is way too many excuses of why they don't get stuff done and they love blaming the next person instead of doing their job. This is by far the worst living experience I've had!The drawers in my bathroom are broken. They also told me WSG would be around 120 for 1B 1B, TRY 170 A MONTH. Also the parking sucks here, if you like to have company. . . forget about it! I'm so disappointed! The only positive thing I can say is that Harley and Cynthia have been very nice, and the New Castle area really nice

This is a fine place to live but I never really received good service. Maintenance was fast but often didn’t fix the problem, so I had to ask them to come back multiple times. I was also told that problems would be addressed but never were (broken lights in appliances, dehumidifier was never brought when there was a leak) Management was patronizing and largely unhelpful across the board. There were multiple instances where I was having problems (accessing mail room, stolen packages where there were security cameras advertised, disruptive neighbors) and was simply brushed off.

We are required to provide a 'move out' notice to our apartment management 20 days before the lease expiration date. Unfortunately, we were 3 days late in submitting this notice as we nearly forgot about it. While we did receive a notification a month before the deadline, there was no follow-up reminder closer to the date, which led to our oversight. Despite our attempt to negotiate a prorated fee for the 3-day delay, the apartment management insists that we must pay an additional month's rent at the market rate of $2,500 plus a $500 month-to-month fee. While we acknowledge that missing the deadline was our mistake, charging us an entire month's rent for being just 3 days late seems excessive.
