The worst management company ever. Elevator has been out for 3 weeks. I have to climb 5 flight of stairs. The lady that manages the property has blocked my emails, called the office and no one answers. Poor customer service

New owners as of May 2024. I was terminated in July after being there for 5.5 years blaming me for their payroll shortage and because I work remote. I’ve had so many vendors call me, not knowing I no longer work there, wanting to know why they are not getting paid. Yeah, glad I’m gone when they can’t take care of their associations. Also because I don’t appreciate being yelled at and hung up on by the juvenile CFO. Just found out they are telling lies that I was working for a competitor while on their time and telling association board members that I was terminated for unethical acts. I told them before that my work ethics are beyond reproach and they do not want to keep telling lies about my character.

Coastline Management was great! We had unfortunate issues with the owner of the specific condo we were staying in however, the pool and landscaping and crew working on the property exteriors daily did such a great job! There was a terrible TRASH/FISH smell in the interior hallways that was horrible for a few days however!

Ashley the property manager was very responsive to forwarding my information onto the owner even though they have yet to contact us. She acted like she cared and professional.

The owner of Plantation West unit 1240 is TERRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The refrigerator and freezer stopped working, $400 worth of food SPOILED! the bathtub was all clogged up and took HOURS TO DRAIN. The oven barely worked and did not cook our food sufficiently. NO POT HOLDERS, Some Electrical outlets did not even work! Toilet paper roll came off, and very very dated!!! We paid $1600 for a run down condo and an owner who has not even reached out to correct these issues! The main thing is the refrigerator and freezer! Have been trying to get ahold of the owner for TWO DAYS NOW! My sister and I both work in property management so we tolerate a lot more than normal because we know things happen.

Coastline Management is a disaster. They took over our HOA a couple of years ago and are completely incompetent. Hundreds of thousands of dollars misallocated, perhaps not missing, and no notice to owners of payments coming due but rather preferring to play gotcha with penalties and proud that most of the owners didn’t get fined. I do not know who they work for, it definitely is not the homeowners.

We recently bought a condo in Fort Morgan and Coastline is our management company. Everyone there has been extremely friendly in helping us get settled. They always answer the phone and a have an awesome APP for paying dues, making requests, and overall communication. I am very happy to have them keeping an eye on things while I am not there.

Not bad at all for a family of four....very accommodating. However the fitness room was a joke. Small, dirty, no mats, no tvs operating, mirror on the floor and all equipment worn and torn as well as not functioning at its prime.
