Beware if you’re a neighbor of a Confluence Development project. After months of trucks parking all over the street and blocking traffic I had to move one of my vehicles so I could back in my trailer into my driveway just to have their project manager yell at me from down the street that I needed to move Immediately. He could’ve asked me politely, but instead yelled at me from across the street talking down to me and being disrespectful. They treat the neighbors like they are beneath them and causing them an inconvenience. When in fact, my elderly family members are right next-door, listening to hammers and air compressors nonstop all day every day.

So just BEWARE this company is not who they represent themselves to be!

They smile and leave a note on the door before the project starts, but once it started, they are just rude and disrespectful, not taking into consideration anybody but themselves and making a profit off of our communities.
