Words can’t describe our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful service we received from Willa’s Cottage.

My family held a huge family reunion with 75 people attending from all over the country. Our reunion was held at Lake of the Woods in Lakeside, AZ. With just 4 weeks before the reunion, the other local business (Party Rent Shop), that I had been dealing with for over a year, cancelled my order and left me stranded, devastated and upset.

I called Jim Melton, owner of this family-owned business, and explained my situation and he jumped to my rescue without any hesitation! He was able to provide a 20’ x 40’ tent (with lighting), 15 - 8ft. tables, and 80 sturdy tables. Jim and his family delivered, set up and removed everything in a timely and professional manner.

Their customer services was excellent and I would highly recommend Willa’s Cottage for all your party needs!

We recently used Willa’s Cottage for rentals for our wedding on 8.13.2022. At times we reached voicemail (due to a busy wedding/event season), but Jim was incredibly responsive at his earliest availability. We rented round tables, a dance floor, and two large tents. Every item came in great condition and prices are reasonable. We pushed off renting tents as late as possible, but Jim was incredibly responsive and helpful in ensuring they were booked. We opted to setup the tables and dancefloor ourselves, but used their crew for tent setup (which I would HIGHLY recommend).

We love supporting local businesses and would use Willa’s Cottage again!

Jim and Willa’s are an asset to the White Mountain community. They had everything we needed for our wedding at very reasonable rates and even provided delivery and pick up for a small fee. Will absolutely recommend them to everyone in the area.
