I have enjoyed being a tenant at one of DLR's properties for 4 years now, sad to say that I'm moving on soon. I have never had any issue with them as property managers. Every time I needed any kind of service, Jeremiah was on the scene immediately to take care of it. I have had property managers in the past who micromanaged everything and were always popping up, amounting to what was basically spying on you. DLR is not that kind of property manager. Bottom line, they are there when you need them and they aren't when you don't. Thank you DLR, for the last 4 years here.

I took DLR to small claims and won- they settled before.
***TAKE PICTURES ON MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT, and follow what idaho's tenant rights outlines and DLR will lose. They are slumlords who try to bully people. FIGHT BACK people and maybe don't rent from people who are wishy washy.
Ps- any 5 stars are from friends or family of the folks running it.

While being a tenant, I felt it was impossible to get ahold of someone for any maintenance unless it had to do with heat durning the winter. I put in a maintenance request about mold and my portal said that a tech had been contacted. 6 months went by and it was never addressed. I moved out in November and have been trying to get ahold of them about my deposits and I have been completely ignored. I’ve tried every number, I’ve triad emailing, and contacting them through socials. Nothing. The only way I got ahold of someone was by pretending to be a prospective tenant. Once they found out I wasn’t, the lady didn’t take anymore steps to help me and I haven’t heard anything. Would not recommend renting through this company.

After living there for years at Ridgeway terrace on Emma Ave in CDA they just sent me a bill stating I wouldn't be getting any security deposit back and are trying to charge me for things that are their responsibility like plumbing issues. Blaming it on kitty litter when we don't even use traditional cat litter. A joke of a property management company. Act all friendly until you no longer do business with them and then they want to squeeze every last dime they can out of you.

Hands down the best property management company I have been a tenant at. I rented from them for a little over a year and a half. Eric was always willing to work with me. Anytime I had an issue for maintenance they were usually there within hours!! I appreciated that they let me live my life and they were not checking on me or the property all the time. If I didn’t have a life circumstance change, I would have continued to rent from them in downtown CDA. Great company to rent from 10/10 would reccomend!

Let me start off that when I first moved in, this company had some issues, especially with their employees and the way they left their properties to be moved in to. However, at the end of my tenancy, they made some personnel changes for the better. Finally, I got to work with some good people that made moving out a good thing and I do appreciate that. I beleive, with the internal changes they have made, tenants will be happy throughout their entire stay in one of their rentals.

Very responsive and attentive property management group. No long phone trees, always easy to get ahold of someone for whatever you needed. They're also reasonable and friendly. I would recommend!

My daughter rented from DLR from January 23 until August 24. They were very responsive to any problems she had and she actually got her whole deposit back, which is generally unheard of these days. I can't recommend them enough.
