DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. We’ve had a property booked since February of 2024 for July 2024 and Kaitlyn called us with less than 24 hours within our check in time to let us know they are canceling our reservation. Kaitlyn claimed they “missed” our name when calling pre booked reservations to let them know the home is no longer serviced through them and is now only available on airbnb. Kaitlyn did not provide any solutions for us with the same dates we had originally booked. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Kaitlyn’s story kept changing every time we spoke with her on the phone regarding the situation. Kaitlyn kept referring to people she “claimed” she called and informed of the property being cancelled yet they were people we’ve never even heard of. Kaitlyn made up names and tried to cover up her tracks. The most disorganized booking company you will ever come across. Kaitlyn showed no remorse and again provided no solutions which left us with no where to stay.

Very nice homes for short term rentals and friendly hosts. However, the cleanliness was not on par for how expensive their cleaning fee is. There were crumbs everywhere in our place among other things we did not like. Not what we expected for and extremely high cleaning fee.
