Paul Garneau produced our plans, engineered and designed, based on a design I saw online. He customized things as we wanted and was really cordial in the process. Also, he produced the plan set several months faster than originally quoted. Pricing was as quoted and after I paid him, he still was “on it” when I had questions. So glad I went with him over the internet. Plus, he knew what was needed for Idaho snow loads. So far the guys that have looked at my plans are impressed by the details and notes. I am a first time home builder, and he has been very patient with my ignorance. Highly recommend! Kootenai county building and planning approved plans with no issues. Good job, Paul.
Also, front desk lady was always nice as well. Good job to you too!
