I have gotten my car serviced at this dealership about 5 times now. I just want to say that they have the best staff out of any auto repair shop I have taken my Lexus to. They’re very knowledgeable and personable people. The service staff make sure to really look every piece over during repair to ensure a 5-star repair. The service advisors are some of the best people to talk to! Especially Shane!
On a side note, Craig, one of the shuttle drivers is the kindest person to my son and D is awesome too!
I only see smiling faces from staff when I come in.

We brought our 2022 Nissan Pro 4 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Our service advisor was Shane Kelpin. What an outstanding experience we had. We had a bunch of questions as we just bought a travel trailer. Questions were regarding the GWVR, the tow button we have...when we should use it, can the truck handle the weight of our trailer, how will it react on hills, etc...Shane was so knowledgeable and took his time with us regarding our many many questions. He also informed us of all upcoming maintenance on the truck. Broke down everything for us. It was an amazing experience. Highly Recommend this company and when dealing with service, Shane is the person to handle all your questions and needs for your vehicle.

Best car buying purchase I’ve ever had! Salesman James C was extremely professional and patient with me and the entire staff made me feel welcome throughout. I never felt pressured, but genuinely felt like these good people wanted to help me find the truck that was right for ME! New, used, it didn’t matter to them. After my purchase, one of the managers showed me a modification on his own vehicle (and let me sit in it) in case I ever wanted to order one for myself. Also, a few personal items were accidentally left behind and James delivered them to my house (in Spokane) two days later! These people are professionals and run a good operation. I offer my highest recommendation for checking them out! I love my new truck!

Got amazing service from James, he took the day off to drive all the way to Spokane, (on his day off!!!) and stayed longer than he was said he was originally able to. Super knowledgeable and helpful, I could easily tell he was trying really hard to make everything work for me also just a very chill dude. These guys did a great job. I did buy the extended warranty and the paint/interior protection which I normally don't do however the pricing was worth it in my opinion. The experience was longer than I wanted, but much of that was because I added the paint protection. Car was ready when I got there.

Bruce and Larry were very communicative throughout the entire buying experience. The used vehicle was well serviced and drove great.
