Evergreen Real Estate & Property Management has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of finding and getting into a rental home. Upon moving in Bobbie and Vicki have always been quick to respond any time we have had any questions or concerns. All of my interactions with Bobbie, Vicki and Evergreen Real Estate have been excellent. They helped us find a beautiful home that met all our needs and then some, at a reasonable price! We've been with Evergreen (formerly John L. Scott) for 6 years. Bobbie stayed on through the transition, for which we are so grateful. From our perspective, it was pretty seamless. We find it so easy to communicate with her. She is accessible, attentive and quick to respond. Kind, yes. Yearly inspections, with routine and timely maintenance. I suspect she (Evergreen) must have a very good relationship with the vendors, as evidenced by how quickly the work gets done. Office interactions are so friendly. Wonderful owner. Feels like family. Maybe better.

I have been a renter with Evergreen (and Bobbie Nutter) for almost 5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the Port Townsend team and happily recommend their services.
