I do not live in this complex and I wouldn't want to live here. There's kids that run around unsupervised there's been a lot of break-ins it's loud and the units are very small. Management is always changing so good luck with that. It's a little on the ghetto side. But if you don't mind that then I guess this would be a good place for you to live if you don't mind that then this is the place for you. There are better places to live and there are worse.

A date complex with multi family and ADU dwellings. Locked laundry facilities and small children's playground. Only a block or two from grocery, pharmacy, hardware, restaurants and more.
