We stayed at 215 Sunrise Village Condos and it was absolutely the best! It was just steps away from the beach. It was clean and had the best beach feel. Loved it and will be back. Absolutely fell in love with the cutting board..would love to get one for myself.

Nice place! Well stocked with everything you need. I am an avid coffee drinker and I loved the coffee options! Cuisinart dual action coffee maker: Brew in a pot or individual pods! LOVE it! The beds were very comfortable. We didn't cook much but all needed utensils and dishes were available. Short walk to the beach. Good place to stay.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Bel Sole property this past weekend and I must say that it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The condo was immaculate. The view of the lagoon is amazing and the sunrise was breathtaking. We felt very safe and secure. Benjamin, the security guard met us when we arrived and was very welcoming. He suggested places to eat and made sure we knew that comfort and safety are a huge priority. Bella is very responsive and we also loved the fact that if it's available, book it!! We just had an overall pleasant experience and would absolutely book again and again!!

We stayed Oct 7-13, 2024 at Seaside 2107 with Bella Beach Properties. They were nice and the place was nice but was not clean and clearly was not representative of the pictures on the website, they were probably from when it was newly renovated, and the furnishings were not representative of what was in the pictures. The dishwasher is broken, and we found out after the fact and the kitchen equipment and utensils were awful and had to purchase our own. We found out after the booking that we would be required to purchase a parking pass! We expected more for what we paid! I left a review on airbnb but was told it would remain private unless Bella Beach Properties left a review on us! A cleaning fee was charged and they need to make cleaning services accountable for not cleaning places, I know we left the place cleaner than when we arrived and had to wash dishes by hand.

Really awesome experience. Taylor and Jeff made it so easy for our vacation - thank you! A lot of great properties to choose from, the rental was clean and right on the beach. It also had a big ice maker in the unit!!! Highly recommend this seasoned team for your beach getaway.

My wife Renee and I stayed at 1401 WindWard Pointe and it was everything promised! The unit was very pleasant and the view was spectacular from the 14th floor. It was our first time to stay in Orange Beach and we will be back. Bella Beach Properties was extremely easy to work with and the property was easy to access after a long drive from the Dallas area.

Our stay at Windward 303 was perfection from the moment the reservation was made until we checked out of the unit. Communication with Bella Beach Properties was easy throughout the process. The unit was clean and an initial supply of paper towels, tissue, soap etc was provided. This was only enough to get you started you will need to pick up additional items to get you through your stay. We had a great view of the beach which was easily accessible. The pool area was cleaned everyday. The primary bed though somewhat bouncy turned out to be very comfortable and our other guests were happy with the beds they used as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The unit is located right in the middle of everything Orange Beach!!
We were fortunate enough to stay the week of the 4th and had many firework displays to see all along the beach. We definitely recommend this complex for your vacation but above all (no matter where you stay) use Bella Beach Properties to find your perfect place in the sun!!
