Feels like we are dealing with a very shady company... IMO very evasive and secretive keeping things from the condo owner. Own a condo we bought last year and this is the Management Co. UPDATE 8/24/18 Was just trying to have a conversation with Diamond by phone. The Diamond employee I spoke with was so CONDESCENDING and Rude... Not at all pleasant to deal with. And the dues us Homeowners pay covers her salary. You'd think they'd know they work for us Homeowners and show some respect?

Called them about their shady assessment fees. I was told they take cash, money order, cashier check. Went their to pay cash the lady was rude and said they dont take cash. To go get a money order at the post office. I was upset drove all the way over from the other side of Tacoma.to get told this whan i just called and was told otherwise.We get no updates on voting for these assessments. Which she told us was for roofs in our community. Which 4 roofs out of 10 buildings were done. They only fix them it seems if someone is selling and it dont pass inspection. Each time i call its nothing but rudeness.They dont give break downs on them as well. Idk what our HOAs go to bare minimum is done outside. We bought this condo 1/4/17 and only time we get anything from them is if it is a bill.

So far experience has been great. Very supportive of helping transfer from a full HOA to property management. Lisa and Carol are pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and supportive.

-5 stars This management company happens to manage to be rude, condescending, and reactionary. This is the worst company and I do not recommend them, especially if you are a working person or have a family.
