This is a company that represents higher end rentals. I found one of their listings for a large 6 bedroom house on Ruston Way area in Tacoma (the nice area). The girl showing me the home showed up in a tight pair of jeans, a tee shirt that allowed her stomach to show and late for the appointment. Additionally, as soon as I arrived she told me she made the appointment too late as she had to go to some sporting event. She wanted me to reschedule after driving an hour one way to see this home - no thanks.

The house was lovely and I was going to rent it UNTIL the next day the girl pulled the classic used car salesman trick - “we have another party interested you need to commit to renting this house today.” I must admit if you do NOT want me to invest in something try conning me into something like this - the old the sale only lasts two more hours hurry and give us your money now. Come to find out the house want not rented and they lost my business too. I gave this company two stars because the house was nice. I would’ve given them 1 star for lack of professionalism and customer service.

I have been in my apartment for close to a decade and renting from these people once they took over has consistently been the most frustrating experience. They've attempted to raise rent now to 80% above what it was when they took over, they do not answer their communications and will notify you of your rent increase two days before Christmas. They also do questionably legal things, such as attempt to pass off fees accrued by utilities (not counting the normal agreements).

Edit: Ha! They have the ability to reply to a Google review but not actually call me back.

The "improvements" listed were gates that exactly one tenant asked for, a coat of paint, and "security" cameras that were originally pointed into tenants windows until a complaint was made. All for a building with no on-site appliances or laundry and wiring that flickers every time there is a decent gust. So I'll leave that to the readers whether or not that's worth paying almost double.

Have rented from them twice. They provide a clear no frills approach to renting. They're fair and transparent with their processes, rules surrounding renting from them.

Prompt when you need maintenance or otherwise.

I feel you really can't beat that for pricing and character in Tacoma. I really would recommend this company to anyone who values clear communication, fairness and prompt landlord services. They are below the market asking prices for apartments too.

I actually think this company is pretty cool they are just very strict and firm. I didn’t end up able to do business with them, however they don’t deserve a bad review. No one was rude, they were very polite. I think the young ladies name Nicki. She was a sweetheart. I ended up able to get my money I paid returned to me. So all in all they are a very honest straight up company. Don’t play games or lie on your application or anything like that and you won’t have a problem. Make sure you qualify also before applying to one of their properties. That makes things easier too. Other than that, keep up the good work over there ladies. Thank you

The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I like that I can view my rental lease online and pay my monthly rent online, so convenient. Every time I had to put in a maintenance request repairs were made in a timely manner.

My daughter is in a DV situation with her ex boyfriend. Their lease is up on the rental they shared. She has been too afraid to stay there for months. She continued to pay her half of the rent. She notified the company within the required time frame that she no longer wanted to continue with the lease of the property. This company is trying to force her into continuing the lease, month to month, unless her boyfriend also agrees to terminate the lease. Horrible!
