Highly recommend! Lauren and the RPM team were a great group to work with as Landlords - responsive and personalized in their care of our home. Lauren balanced the concerns and rights of the tenant with the reasonable expectations of the landlord and always navigated a path through maintenance and other issues that all parties found amenable. When we ran into uncharted waters with major maintenance issues needing renovations and a broken lease by our tenants, Lauren was a consummate professional and invested significant time and energy ensuring that all parties were dealt with fairly. As her business expands, it appears that she has hired additional staff and will endeavor to maintain the high standards of timely and professional communication we have come to expect.

Great company to work with for both home owners and renters alike. My wife and I use them and we have nothing but great things to say about them. Great with communication (which is HUGE) and timely in their response's. Any concerns we had they addressed thoroughly and promptly. Lauren is great he came herself to do the home inspection and is a pleasure to work with. Not all property management company's are easy to work with and it's been a breath of fresh air working with Lauren and Real Property Management. Highly recommend!!

The worst company I have dealt with.

They looked for new tenants for a very long time - more than two months ( new company found tenants in 3 days).
And despite the fact that they guaranteed me that they would find tenants within 1 month, I did not receive any compensation in any form.
By the way, the tenants were not checked at all. The first were alcoholics who became rowdy at night so that neighbors from neighboring houses complained. The second ones started a wild mess and broke a lot of things in the house.

I did not receive any compensation for the broken items. In particular, because the residents moved the washing machine without turning off the pipes, which caused a leak and because of which it was necessary to change the floor and all communications for the laundry room.

Lauren, the owner of the company, simply does not answer calls or emails for months.
The only thing that was done was cleaning. I was able to achieve it 4 weeks (!) after the tenants left the apartment. And then the shower was not cleaned at all, nor was the kitchen and utility room.
It’s good that I collected all the call records to this organization, as well as emails, photographs, videos, calls to the police, and so on.
So I’m sure that the upcoming trial will decide what and how.

Working with them was a hell.
I highly recommend not having any business with Property Management Excelled company.

I've been a tenant in a SFH from Real Property Management for the last five months and I've had a good experience so far. Home was as expected and customer service has been friendly. The company responds to maintenance requests and other inquiries promptly. Much better experience than my previous rentals. Overall, I'm happy to be living in a nice home in a quiet neighborhood and I'm glad I chose to rent from this company.
