Dan made the transition moving from PA to WV very smooth. Everything was easily completed electronically. I had no maintenance issues in the year that I lived here. Dan was responsive if I needed anything. The building was quiet and my neighbors were respectful. If I move back into the area, I'll certainly be giving him a call first.

I'm so glad I found RFPC Management! I recently moved from California to Bluefield, VA. My landlord, Dan, is a blessing! He was in constant communication throughout the entire move: from the initial application while I was in CA, to handing me my keys when I finally got here, he made the experience great! I love the house I'm renting, and any time I have a question, Dan and RFPC are just a phone call away. There were a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of, and they were handled in prompt fashion. I love the maintenance line- just call & let them know the request, you get an email with status updates, and done! Moving is incredibly stressful, and moving across the country to a house you've only seen online is super scary, but with Dan & RFPC, what they list is what you get- they're not shady or hiding anything; they're just nice, honest professionals. We moved from PA to Bluefield WV 2 years ago. We rented the house without seeing it. When we moved, we were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was and how large the property was. Dan was very friendly and eager to help us in anyway. After our lease was up, we moved to another of his properties. Loved the house!! Great experience! We have now moved out of state but we have nothing but good things to say!!

Greatest and easiest experience I've ever had when trying to find a new place to rent. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they got me into the place I wanted to be in as well. Dan is amazing! Anything that I have needed has been completed within a timely manner and the place was the most updated and cleanest place that I have found in Bluefield. A place that I can call my home. The apartment is in a quiet location with off-street parking! Thankful that I found a place this amazing!
