As a resident of an apartment managed by Alki Property I would highly recommend their apartments! The staff is friendly, quickly responsive to assisting you when required, and very easy to deal with! It makes a huge difference in making day to day loving pleasant!

Vashti and Lynn are great! I love working with Alki property management. I’ve lived in two different apartments with them and it’s always been smooth sailing in and out. Clear and quick communication from the front desk and genuine care is there 🙂

Been renting from them for about three years now. The prices are extremely good for the area, where purchasing a home easily costs over a million, and the buildings are older and slightly worn but still in good repair. Maintenance guys are friendly and always willing to help. Appliances are older but still work well. I would say this is a great option if you have kids, the apartments are spacious and the school district on Alki is very highly rated. I haven't had a problem with this rental company. I do want to mention that I have no moved out or changed apartments, so I cannot comment on getting back refundable deposits or anything about the move out process.

I love renting here... Vasti and Lynn are so responsive and kind. I love the location so much and I even moved up one floor in the same building. They made it easy for me to transition. It’s a great price in the city and the repair folks are on the spot.
