We have made maintenance and repair requests for over a year. The company is completely unresponsive and any direct contact with the owners family is one excuse after another yet still nothing gets resolved. Any failed maintenance attempts have been made by buddies of the owner or unlicensed workers that were also no doubt just someone the owner knows. We went without heat for months and it still doesn't work correctly, ac went out shortly after moving in and was never repaired, and have major roof leaks that fill buckets each rainfall. We have continuously had to pay privately to have plumbing work done on top of our rent just to continue living in the property. The owner of the property hired a property management company to represent his properties recently and they also are ignoring all maintenance requests and still expecting rent each month.

Do not rent from this company, they are beyond unprofessional & what my family has put up with is unacceptable to say the least.

(I wish I could give a 0 star rating) I do NOT recommend renting from this company. Close friends of mine rented a property from them beginning of the year and had nothing but issues. They moved in and the place wasn't even cleaned at all. There was dirt and leaves and god knows what else all over the floors. We had to clean the whole house before even moving in. They were informed there was central ac and heating but upon moving in there was no central ac. They were also told they would be able to have washer and dryer hookup but was not true and the property owner kept saying they would come and fix it but never did. There was trash in the backyard upon move in.. Also not even a week of living there there was a gas leak that the property owner knew about it before they moved in. The breaker box is in the neighbors apartment so if you need to access the breaker you'd have to go into the neighbors apartment. While living there the neighbors were constantly screaming and fighting and no matter how many complaints, they did nothing. The walls were paper thin so you could hear litterally everything as well as smelled the cigarette smoke from the neighbors (none of us smoke). My friends were able to leave due to breach of contract by the property owner. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company as they do not care about the people living there nor do they care about their properties.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. They took over ownership for the last place I was renting. I hadn't had the best experience with the previous owners, but Prestige made our experience worse. First, they raised my rent by $150, then it was difficult to reach them when an emergency came up. I had to call multiple times for the same maintenace issues, which grew exponentially more severe until my family was forced to move on short notice. Some issues weren't addressed at all. They never offered so much as a discount on my rent, nor did they get my family into safer housing after it became clear the living situation was becoming dangerous. They are slumlords, plain and simple. Avoid at all costs.
