I've rented U-Haul's from this location for many years. The quality of service has steadily gotten better and better as they've expanded and grown. I returned a one way rental here this week and they were quick and helpful to get me checked in and on my way.

Only because 0 wasn’t an option. Worst customer service experience of my life! I did raise my voice in anger after being ignored, but throwing me out and threatening to call the police was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I’ve been in customer service ALL my life and customers get angry! That’s a fact! I was met with anger immediately and told I wasn’t respecting him! What? I was shown no respect!!!!! Not a cuss word was spoken by me, just an angry client who had been ignored for 30 minutes who was raising her voice. I was provided a truck with 190,000 miles, no a/c, poor alignment, a loose mirror rattling, a key that wouldn’t open the drivers side door (had to crawl through from the passenger side), it was filthy, and I couldn’t see through the windshield at night! When I returned it the guy understood and knew the truck well! He said it had been like that since he started 3 years ago and management just hadn’t fixed it. Take my advice don’t rent from this location!!!! I have been a frequent customer but never again!!! When I threatened to leave a bad review the general manager said “go ahead, it’s a public site”. In other words we don’t care!!! They think they have a monopoly on the business!!!!! MOVE your business!!!!

So just because a couple people want to cram the trucks you rent them into the parking bay and break the doors you want to live ck the bay doors so mone of the customers can use them well thats the only reason i have the 3 units i rent there im not going to unload in the rain so ill be looking today for a replacement and just take my business elsewhere

I had a great experience with this location. But I was at the Patrick St. location and the female at the counter was on her cell phone THE ENTIRE TIME. She didn't even want to help me rent a trailer and was very annoyed by my presence. She needs to be terminated.

Get my propane there anytime I want it the last couple of times I have been there they have been out of propane. They are slow coming out when you ring bell for service but they are polite when they do come out
