Had an issue with one of my vehicles and they were able to get me in immediately without an appointment. My car was fixed and good to go within 24hrs after some great troubleshooting from the technicians. Mike and Gary in the service department were great to work with! Have had 2 separate vehicles serviced here that I purchased new from Moses Toyota (the new car sales side of Moses is fantastic). I just used the service center to conduct oil changes and tire rotations when they came due on the new vehicles while still under the warranty. The first vehicle, a 2022 Camry, I had zero issues with this service center conducting those maintenance tasks. The second vehicle, a 2022 Corolla, has had two issues while being serviced here. The first time, the oil filler cap was left off of the vehicle after a service and I did not catch it until the Moses Service department called me and said that my new oil filler cap had arrived and wanted me to bring the car in to have it installed. This was just a day or two after the service. Would have been better business to have told me they lost it when I came to pick the vehicle up. They didn't. The Moses Service Center lady who did call me was very nice and helpful and super apologetic. I brought the car in and they put the new cap on. The second issue happened on the car's 20K mile service when they failed to fully tighten the oil drain plug after changing the oil. I didn't catch this until later that day when the car left an oil spot on our concrete driveway after my wife had just left in the car about 15 minutes before. I called Moses Service Center and they promptly sent a technician to the car's location to check on the issue. The technician was very friendly and helpful and found the issue very quickly and tightened the drain plug and added oil to the car (all this after the car had been driven nearly 50 miles after having the oil changed). Moses Service Center has never offered anything to us in response to these issues. Issues like this are too easy to keep from happening. If oil filler caps and drain plugs are forgotten about on a vehicle, what's the potential that lug nuts may be forgotten about and left loose on a wheel? Seems like some quality assurance may be needed.

We dropped my 2019 Rav4 off on July 18th after the check engine light came on and it wouldn't start after we filled it up with gas. They had it for 1 1/2 weeks, replaced a fuel pump. My husband picked the car up, went to the gas station filled it up, it wouldn't start again. Moses took the car back, had it for another 1 1/2 weeks. It took FOREVER for them to even tell me what was wrong with my car. I kept getting "They'll call you tomorrow" they finally texted me last Friday, told me my car was ready for pickup and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. (Despite them knowing that it won't start after being filled with gas) So, we haven't even had my car back for a week. The check engine light came back on yesterday. Giving me the exact same message on the screens that it gave me in July. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and want my car fixed.

I have used this service center for my Toyotas since it was C&O, then Love and now Moses.
I have always received top service for maintenance and repairs all done in a timely manner.
Once I even went in and told them what was wrong and it was not under warranty.
They could have taken advantage of that, but they didn't and what the car actually needed was a much cheaper fix.
I find them to a very honest and professional place to do business with

My husband had our first car oil changed & check up service yesterday. They couldn’t find any issues but I’m still concerned that 2022 Toyota coralla with 5000 miles still makes a noise when turning left or right after it rains or when snow is present. Will have to call when it rains or snows. (Will update my review.)

Very rude to me when I called to check on husband's work truck.. I live past there shuttle area so I have to plan my day ahead of time and the douche I spoke to was very rude about the situation.. I'm sorry but I will never be back there.. Thank God for Chevrolets!!
