Spent at week at Phoenix West! It was a great place and all employees were very nice and helpful. We stayed in Room 1004 and it was very nice. The grandkids loved the water slide and the lazy River. If I had any complaints, it would be a new vacuum.

We stayed at Orange Beach House East and had an amazing time!! There were 17 of us and the property easily accommodated us without feeling cramped. The highlight of this house, beyond being ocean front, was the large pool on the deck facing the water. The weather was incredibly windy and the pool was a life-saver since we couldn't swim in the ocean. Highly recommend and we would definitely rent this property again!

This home is very nice and spacious. However the walls must be thin as you can hear everything in every room around you. The elevator has some struggles as well. Which they sent someone to fix while we were there. I would also say the pool isn't very big considering this house sleeps 31 people. And the concrete doesn't line up at the pool so everyone trips over it constantly. But other than those things it is a nice clean home.

Fantastic place to stay!!! Great price! We had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Great location! Designer interior! Comfortable beds! Clean everything! Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils! I will be booking here again for our next family vacation! Note: we used both up and downstairs units both are wonderful!

One of the ceiling fans did not work- they brought a box fan immediately and installed a new ceiling fan two days later.

Beautiful comfortable home. Plenty of space. We had a group of 21 and had space leftover. The location is perfect. Fort Morgan remains a bit untouched and gives the beach vibe of our childhood with no high rises or crowds. The house is directly beachfront. Direct view of the gulf. So peaceful. The house is about 2 miles from the fort and ferry to Dauphin Island. There’s a few restaurants around including Tacky Jacks right on the water. The kitchen is stocked. The oven was tricky to figure out at first. Had to watch a YouTube tutorial but cooked like a charm. The pool heat was nice. It does cut off when the outside temps dip below a certain temperature but it was nice the day we got to use it. Ample parking. The game room was fun for kiddos. Wine fridge and ice machine were helpful. Seating for meals was abundant. It was nice to look down the kitchen bar and see so many faces. We had an excellent time and would recommend this home and Prickett Properties. They were very responsive to our needs including phone calls to us in the evening to address our questions. DOLO was a delightful refuge and we’re so glad to have gotten to experience it!

We stayed in The Palms 201, September 7-21, 2024

Check-in was very easy, just go to the condo and use the door code to enter. We had no issues with parking. We were pleased to see that compared to the website’s photo, there is new balcony furniture and a table for eating. Access to the beach is very convenient, as is getting to all the amenities (outdoor pool, indoor pool, weight room, and sauna) The security guard, Joe, was charming and helpful in explaining where everything is located. I had been concerned the noise from the tennis/pickleball court would be too loud as the condo is right beside the court. We found you cannot hear anyone playing while inside the condo or from the beach side of the balcony.

We were asked to store balcony furniture inside the condo while Hurricane Francine hit west of us. After the storm, Prickett Properties came promptly to help us with a few pieces of furniture we couldn’t move back.

I will stay in this condo again. Price, staff being so attentive, and location are everything.

UPDATE TO PRICKETT PROPERTIES RESPONSE:
Funny how Tamala Prickett stated publicly that the Palms condo was an "upgrade" from our booking. These new photos show the condition of the "upgraded" unit. Dirty towels, trah on the floor and outdated decor. Prickett Properties are clueless!

If we could give them less stars, we would. Prickett Properties rented us a condo at The Four Seasons at Romar Beach that had a cockroach infestation. There were multiple species of various sizes. When brought to their attention they told us no one had complained previously, however, there were numerous traps set out and a can of roach spray in the pantry.
Prickett Properties put us up in another of their properties for 3 nights while they exterminated unit 403W. Upon returning to our reservation location, the cockroach problem was twice as bad! They were crawling up the walls, running across the floor and under cabinets. We immediately left and checked into a nearby hotel. Our 22 day vacation was reduced to 5 harrowing days. On top of it all, the substitute unit was a huge downgrade from what we reserved, dirty and they charged us to stay there!
Prickett Properties or the unit owner should have eaten the cost of the 3 night substitute property.
Prickett Properties are the worst. BEWARE!
