Employees need to be more friendly. One day they are helpful and nice, the next completely rude. When only the young men work in the evenings, they tend to have other men there just "hanging out". I've never heard of a business hiring people to treat customers badly, curse, and make fun of them too.

The older lady that works there has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I have went into Ace Hardware on several occasions and the majority of those times the staff act as if it is an inconvenience if I need assistance. Today I was prepared to spend $500 on a water heater but after the way my husband was treated I will go else where for it! I will NEVER shop your store again and will discourage others from doing the same!

This is a well stocked, very clean and organized establishment. They are connected to a nice grocery store. In addition, they have an incredible selection of guns at good prices. I highly recommend this ACE!

Could not take digital coupons. Say they are to small. What!? Only cool thing is they sell guns. Actually thought about buying one but I was afraid they was to small and I'd have to wait to get approved and I didn't ever what to go back after dealing with that place.
