This was not a good experience at all, we never saw her and had multiple problems. She came to the house a total of 1 time when she herself was thinking of purchasing it, she didn't show the house once. We lost a ton of money because of multiple issues. We would have backed out of the deal had we known about an issue before hand, especially one that was 30,000 less in our pocket than we were told the night before. It was a lien on the house that was our responsibility, but had we been made aware of that before sitting down at the table to close, after having to reschedule closing because of paperwork she was supposed to take care of, we would not have gone through with it. We were completely blindsided and she was made aware of it before we got there, she wasn't there and told the title agent to deal with us directly because she would be unavailable. We couldn't reach her on the phone. We discounted the house over 50,000 for a quick sale, we would have pulled it off the market and done repairs had we been aware of this. I wish she would have been more involved and aware of things.
