Candace was extremely sympathetic and patient in selling my late uncles home. The house unfortunately was a hard sell due to the very poor condition. But I did as she asked and I cleared the house and property of everything. Once the house was ready, it was posted for sale. It only took 4-5 days for an offer I never thought I would see. I lost my dad in August of 2024 & found myself in a struggle to pick up the pieces. I ended up having to move my Mom into my home, and that left me with a childhood home unoccupied, and full of stuff that I had nowhere to put, located over an hour away from my residence.

Candace did all of this while I was often remote, over an hour away, with 3 animals and my mother to care for. I can’t even give words to describe the resourcefulness and professionalism she exhibited. I’m sure that whoever might read this can imagine my jaw hitting the floor when she called to tell me the listing (complete with about 40 professional photos of the house, brought back to life via the services she was able to render) went live in less than 2 months!

Candace Juarez had a terrible challenge. I am picky. Over 40 and buying her first home? Oh, what a home. I demanded nothing less than a 100+ year old Victorian, to restore myself, with my own hands. I have exactly what I asked for and I am in disbelief. I know it has severe challenges but once repaired to original condition, more than a home.
Candace and her team (special thanks to Ashley) at Oak and Stone have made my experience amazing.
I didn't buy a home, I was folded into a community. This is how you do it, everyone.
