lived here for a god awful year, (2023-2024) and it was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. literal homeless camp was in front of my building for 7 of the 12 months i lived there. my boyfriends tires were slashed at the complex and we were told ‘nothing could be done’ as the security cameras outside were ‘dummy cams.’ our neighbors smoked pot on our porch regularly and when i called management i was asked if i had asked them to leave, (not in any way MY responsibility.) packages were constantly stolen, again, the ‘dummy cams’ didn’t help. our last 3 weeks there we had carpenter ants, (likely from the neighbors whose dishwasher flooded the hall) and we were told the exterminator would come out on X day between X hours, never showed, i figure due to the fact we were moving out in a few weeks so why bother right? overall a terrible place to live, management ‘cares’ as long as its between the hours of 9-5. otherwise, their residents mean jack to them. avoid at all costs, you’d be better off living in the homeless camp in front of G building for free.

Concerns Regarding Management Practices and Harassment

I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience living at Campo Basso. Although our initial move-in on August 20th of this year was smooth and everything seemed satisfactory, less than three months later, we are increasingly frustrated with the behavior of the management office.

The issues began when music was being played in my car during office hours, and Eamon Balladone, the leasing agent, approached me in a rude manner, instructing me to turn it off. When I asked for clarification on which rules I had violated, as I was adhering to the quiet hours set by both the property and the city, he responded in a condensending manner. Shortly after the interaction, Eamon ended up calling us in an attempt to intimidate us into paying rent.

The following month, we received a "Presumed Abandonment" letter, and the management requested to enter our unit. This was particularly perplexing, as I had been at the leasing office just a few days earlier to pay rent.

Most recently, we received an unsolicited letter regarding domestic violence and victim support services for females, which was presumed to be for my fiancée. This letter seemed highly inappropriate, particularly since we are the only unit on our floor—and possibly within the entire complex—to receive it.

All of these incidents have occurred within a span of fewer than three months, and there have been many other small signs of intimidation or aggression leading us to feel increasingly uncomfortable and unwelcome in our own home While the rental price may be appealing, the management's actions have made living here stressful and unpleasant.

Please be advised that, despite outward appearances, the management will find ways to make tenants feel unwelcome if they do not favor you. I would caution any potential tenants to consider these factors before committing to this property.

Lived here about 3 years ago. Basically left because our upstairs neighbors didn’t approve of same sex relationships and bullied us daily (blocking with their car so we couldn't leave the parking lot, etc) and while living there the people in the office sent me letters says someone with my first name and not last name was also living with me not taking into account I had a maiden name, which I spoke with them about but afterword still had multiple notices about. I won’t live there, nor would I would recommend it. Hopefully! Though, things have changed! Lynnwood is very nice place to live.

It's nice, quiet, safe and clean homes. I lived here for more than a year. I just have to move because my kid goes a little far school from here. But I would live here forever. The maintenance is very fast and the office clerks are very friendly especially Eamon. Don't hesitate to live here. I recommend it 👌

Campo Basso apartments cares about one thing and one thing only. . . Your money. Unauthorized entry, complete indifference to after hours noise, turning utilities off at random with zero notifications are just some of the issues you'll deal with after moving here. But as long as you pay your rent by the first (even if they're charging you twice as much as they're supposed to), you can live here. But don't be a day late with your rent (even if it's their fault), you will be threatened with eviction before their late period grace policy has passed.

They definitely don't live here! Rude office workers, no security, lots of robberies in the parking lot, no patience to solve tenants' problems. They towed my van even with the valid parking permit sticker and registered license plate on the resident portal, and they are refusing to bear the 800 dollar losses that the winch is charging me for a system error at CampoBasso Apartments. Where are the managers of this condominium to solve my problem?!

I am so happy I stopped by to see these apartments and am super excited to move in the fall. Larry was so knowledgeable and funny. His enthusiasm was addictive. The property was clean and the apartments were spacious
