Been renting from Viaene Properties for six years now and I must say it has been a pleasure. My repair and maintenance requests have always been addressed quickly and thoroughly. The overall relationship with a local, not out-of-town or out-of-state management company, has been a nice change of pace. Just recently my furnace and air stopped functioning properly. It was the same day that Dave had people over to fix things up. Recently I also had a drainage/sewer problem and Dave had it repaired the same day. Very happy and would recommend Viaene Properties and rentals without hesitation. It really doesn't get better than that.

We have been renting from Dave for 6 years. It is nice to finally have a local landlord and not be dealing with a management company out of the Fox Valley. He is responsive, has an easy work order system, and just a genuine great guy. Looking forward to many more years with Viaene Property Management.

Hi. The truth about David Viaene and his management is that he and his Manager Maria Agguire and his Maintenance guy Mario Agguire appear to care about people and families. But when it comes to getting say reimbursed for work that you yourself was told to do like cleaning up the apartment, or replacing say a carpet or some other item that the "landlord" is responsible for, and getting reimbursed or having your labor and costs applied to rent is a throw of the dice. Want the truth, go to my Facebook page Steven Michael Wolf and see how he truly treats his tenants, and also call Appleton Inspections and ask for "Dale" and ask him about how Dave and his Managers handle his properties when tenants need repairs or such. I worked part-time handling tasks at three apartment complexes and then moved into one of his single family homes where I was told "Steve, clean up the property and you will be paid for expenses and reimbursed for your labor" . 11,103 pounds of trash and over 142 hours of labor later and David Viaene tells me "Sorry Steve, I need to pay my mortgage and insurance on that house, and I cannot pay you for your labor". I have his texts. He has Mario perform electrical repairs on his units and Mario has no license nor training, which is unsafe and illegal as Appleton Inspections can verify. All because Dave cuts costs at tenants expense for their safety because electrical fires do occur, and bottom line for Viaene Property Management and his Manager and Maintenance guy is making money by whatever it takes and cutting corners to make that happen is normal and acceptable to them. Do not be fooled by the kind words and actions of this property owner and his employee's. Also, Maria and Mario I see made comments about renting from David Viaene but in truth, when it comes to either you or Dave being right, they will side with Dave and call you names and cuss you out....and if you have been around them you know how Christian they appear to be, but go against Dave and they turn a whole new cheek to you and the truth comes out. People need to go on this site to see the truth about Viaene Property Management, so spread the word.

I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH ABOUT THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THIS MAN!!! HE DOESN'T TAKE CARE OF HIS PROPERTIES AND HE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. HE LETS ANY SORT OF HOODLUM LIVE IN HIS TOWN HOUSES WHILE I AM JUST TRYING TO RAISE A FAMILY NEXT DOOR. NEVER MOVE IN TO VIAENE PROPERTIES!!!!!
