Shane, Oliver, and Diane (Lathrop Team) are extraordinary! They have wonderful personalities and an exceptional knowledge of the local real estate market. I would say that they are simply the best in the Fox Valley.

We worked with Tina and she was a sweet lady who was always there for us. She tried her best to get all the information we needed when we asked. Unfortunately, we decided we weren't really ready for this and kinda left things alone. We didn't work very long with century 21 but didn't seem bad.

Can't search homes available online without giving out all of your personal information, and then received an unsolicited phone call, email and text within a minute of signing up. Now I've asked to be unsubscribed twice and I still get emails every day for homes that are not in our area. Seems very obnoxious.

I would not recommend this agency. We signed with an agent to represent us in purchasing a home. The agent failed us on many levels. The Century 21 pledge that is offered to customers is meaningless along with the Affiliated First Realty contract statements. We were not protected and it cost us a lot of money. Why would you want to do business here when there are so many othere agencies that you could do business with. The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services division of legal services and compliance are currently evaluating the information provided to them concerning what took place regarding our offer to purchase.
