As we approached retirement, we wanted to find a home close to our daughter’s family in Wisconsin. We met with Alison Jenkins, who immediately charmed us with her friendly personality and desire to help us find the right home. She introduced us to the possibility of building a semi-custom home with Bear Homes and helped us decide on the perfect floor plan and lot choice. Although our living out of state necessarily limited our opportunities for face-to-face conversations and access to the building site, the Bear Homes Builder Trend app kept us apprised as the project progressed and featured photos of our home in various stages of completion. We are pleased to say that our new home is extremely well built, beautiful, and situated in a lovely neighborhood. We look forward to sharing many happy memories here.

I called and no answer, I get a call back from Alison and said yes I'm interested please give me a moment before I'm able to speak and not 20 seconds go by and she hung up on me. I called back again and no answer. I tried calling once more and left a message this time and still no response. Very unprofessional and rude. I've purchased two new homes so far but I won't be purchasing my third from Bear Homes. **Update** I sent them an email regarding this matter like they asked and still no reply after 30 days.
