Absolutely rude lady! Had a friend go in regarding the homeless motel voucher program. She said oh you know its for one night only and we don't really do it anymore but what's one day anyways! My friend said that it would be nice to not stay in his car for just one night. She responded well at least it's warm outside. I'm shocked at this woman's response. Def shouldn't be working with people in need. So rude. And still have no idea what to do about the Emva program that supposedly exists.

Do not recommend. Everyone you talk to gives you different information. Set an appointment up last week and have been told twice now that the therapist never wrote down my appointment. The lady I spoke to today told me the first appointment can’t be virtual even though the therapist and other receptionist told me it could.

They have alot of staff(over 100) and a large waiting room. They break for lunch each afternoon for an hour. The lady to do a consult for my disability case management has been super sweet.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone through the homeless service. Constantly transferred to voicemail. If u get a call back & miss it, you’ll be transferred straight to voicemail all over again ( even if the call was 1-3minutes ago, no one will answer) Then you won’t even get another call the same day.
