This apartment complex is truly amazing. Pretty good pricing for how spacious the apartments inside are. No big issues like mold, rats, or anything else has been in my way! Love the balconies. The view is pretty in all seasons! Also, The new park they added is so random yet so cute and fun. Love this place! 👍🏻

I have a family member living at this complex. They have been dealing with a mouse infestation and it is disgusting. Let's also mention they have an infant so this is a serious health issue. They have reached out to management multiple times. I have photos and videos for proof. When a bear representative was at the apartment doing an inspection with HUD and he was told of the mice guess what... he smiled and said oh you have mice you better get some traps. Are you kidding me that is not THEIR responsibility AND there is nothing to smile about. I would love to see that gentleman live in his home with mice. NO ONE deserves to live in those conditions. We are still in the process of trying to find out how to get the city involved cause this is wrong. They live on the top floor so the only way these mice are getting in is through the walls so this is an infestation. Yes they did go buy traps and are trying to do what they can. Also I dread walking in the hallway because the carpet smells like dog urine so bad it makes me sick. Just a disgusting place to have to raise a family. As soon as they can find a new place and be done with the lease they are gone!

I live on the first floor. Lived here for 2 years. I've had horrible neighbors. 1st neighbors use to vacuum at 3am. And now the new neighbors stomp legit 7am to 9pm. I can feel them shaking my bed from them stomping. And on top of that, we've asked maintenance to fix the light to the fan in the kitchen and the dish washer multiple times. It's still broken. This place is ridiculously expensive when things in the apartment don't work. Mold builds up in the weirdest places no matter how much I clean.
I will be adding photos/videos of evidence.
If you want an apartment this not the place you'd want to go. You'll probably find a better option than Stonegate.

complete and utterly Trash, dripping hot garbage at that. This place is nothing to write home about in the least. First of all ... let's start with Mary Lou. Our experience with this individual at the "front desk" was horrible. She's completely RUDE, pushy and all around arrogant. A simple CCAP search involving these Apartments will tell you everything you NEED to know. We toured the apartment where she proceeded to tell us that we could make our infant Childs room in the "spacious" closet, the apartments lack anything state of the art or modern in the least, from the counter tops, the terrible paint jobs, stains on the walls whilst we're touring the actual unit. She couldn't even unlock the private door without the key sticking and she decided the most impressionable thing to say would be "lets hope it don't stick for you" withstanding all of that we decided to go ahead and rent a HOUSE for cheaper over what they were offering as far as rent. They didn't like the review we made prior and decided to hold my fiancé's security deposit for now 21 days (mind you we left before be got the keys) and now they want to avoid and seem confused on the moneys whereabouts.

I must say this apartment complex is honestly the best. The mechanics fix things right away. As well as the property managers are very caring and helpful in any circumstance or situation. They get back to you as soon as possible. I am also glad to be a tenant of stonegate apartments. :). The best complex I have lived in so far.

My security door buzzer has been broken for a year. The maintenance keeps telling me they are working on it. Still hasn't been fixed. We had no washer for about six months in our building. Grounds upkeep has greatly diminished. The resident on the first floor trimmed the bushes that were growing over our steps. I lived here years ago and since Bear has taken over the quality has gone down but the rent goes up. I will say the office staff are nice and the maintenance guys are nice. I don't think it's the local staff but the upper management that are out of touch with what's going on. I lived her for many years long ago. I will be keeping my eyes open for a new place that cares about their buildings and strives to keep their residents.

Live here if you want the police constantly called... weird smells.. threats of towing EVEN if you have their fricken parking sticker on your car. Oh and they'll raise the rent by 100$ after you've lived here for a year even though the appliances are from the 70's. Go somewhere else.

Since my review was deleted let me make a better one. Do not live at Stonegate unless you want to deal with noisey neighbors, bizarre prices for rent when the apartments have appliances that are too old to work properly and they will refuse to replace them, and the winnnnnnner, people coming in your apartment with no notice. since I’ve moved in there’s been shootings and neighbors fighting to the point it sounds like a WWE match in my living room. lol but my main problem is that maintenance keeps coming into my apartment with no notice and when I ask management about it they tell me that no one was in my apartment. I’ve had to put up cameras and figure out where to report them to. I would love to move out but have been unsuccessful in my efforts to find a new place to live. So unless you want to be miserable, don’t choose stonegate 🙂
