Whenever Travis has done a maintenance job for me at my residence he is always been professional, trustworthy and personable. He does great work he even went above and beyond to assist with other small concerns that I have around my home. I know that I can go to him with other concerns that I have in my home and he will provide me with good advice and recommendations.

I was homeless after a major fire swept through my house totalling 2 levels. God was good I got out safely. For 3 weeks my insurance company looked for the perfect place to house me giving consideration to me being a senior citizen. Travis was contacted, I explained I was a Vietnam vet devastated by a fire. If they would give me an opportunity to rent that house, I would take very good care of it. They did. They took very good care if me too. There was nothing I needed that was not taken care of with a rapid response. I can't imagine anyone treating me that goid besides myself. The house was meticulously cared for and came with all accessories for your outside care. The neighbors were very warm abs helpful, without asking. It was a wonderful experience. Didn't want to leave but my house was repaired abd I had to go.

100% PM has been managing my duplex in Kenosha, WI. for 4 years. They have been very transparent with any needed repairs and have kept the duplex at full capacity. I keep in touch with my tenants and they have been happy with 100% PM as well. I’d strongly recommend them as a property management company.

DO NOT RENT FROM HIM I have pictures and text messages proving he is a slumlord he let us move in days early knowing his apartment building had bed bugs there was a documented case when a neighbor called the city in 2016 and he allowed us to move in 2017 and tried to blame us for the bed bugs and doesnt currently want to give us our deposit due to Get this BED BUGS . If I can find a way to post the pictures and texts messages I will. Please be warned

Not a good company to rent from. I live next to 1 of the rental properties and they don't keep up with repairs or improvements. Bed bugs are probably still in the rental. Stay away!!!!
