Everyone at windsong was so friendly and helpful during the stressful time my fiancé and I were going through. All the neighbors I have encountered are friendly too.

When Jennette and I did the first look at the appointment we knew there was a little work needed but everything was fixed before move in date. I have been very happy in my unit and staff.

Its a very quiet and peaceful place. Love living here and recommend it to my family and

The staff here is very welcoming, and Genesis is professional, communicative, and ensures everything runs smoothly—qualities I truly appreciate in a property manager.

The property itself is exceptionally well-maintained and offers a great sense of privacy. Though I’m not yet a resident, I would love to live here in the future. Every visit to the clubhouse has reinforced how clean, well-kept, and well-equipped it is, making it a perfect place to relax, get work done, or spend time with family and friends.

I don’t understand where the bad reviews come from or why, as I’ve only had great experiences when calling or meeting in person with the office staff and the property manager.

I highly recommend this community!

As a Windsong Village Apartments resident, I am truly happy with the apartment and the office manager Genesis. If I have repairs the work orders are put in and completed in a timely manner. The complex is family oriented and is conveniently located near schools, hospitals and shopping. In the summer time if you ride by it represents an atmosphere of calmness with the ponds near the main entrance. It is definitely a great place.

Windsong is a quiet and beautiful place to live, the staff Genesis and Jeanette are wonderful. All issues and concerns I've had when I first moved in they jumped right on it. They are very welcoming and friendly and dedicated to windsong and it's tenants. Wonderful characteristics for management .

BEWARE!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff here have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The property manager Genesis being the worst interaction overall. If you’re looking for any type of human decency RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE. I know a few people that live here and have been here since before she was and sadly everyone has the same experience with her. She picks with CERTAIN people often. Seems like she does and says anything to get CERTAIN people put out or unable to resign their lease. When you ask for a higher up, you get the run around and nothing is ever done about the issues that arise. If you’re looking for a HOME and a PEACE OF MIND, you will NOT get it here. They don’t like to fix anything unless an inspection is going to happen. Not to mention they ACCUSE you of things and say they need to do an inspection to make sure you’re not doing the things they accuse you of. I strongly suggest you have them correspond with you through Email always because no other method of communication is safe with this office. The absolute most disgusting,degrading and unprofessional customer service I’ve ever witnessed.

I’ve been a tenant here for 7 years the complex is always well maintenance any issue the occur genesis always handle it in a very timely matter I will highly recommend Windsong to anyone looking to live in the Kenosha area.

The unit was not move in ready. Had to get maintenance to come fix something almost everyday for almost two weeks. There was always something broken. And then when maintenance came they didn’t wear shoe covers. Just tracking all types of dirt and debris. Rent is just too high for out of date appliances and everything else in the unit.
