Kelly is so great at what she does. We have a small used car lot in Ohio and any time we get a customer that needs insurance I Always call Kelly at Citywide. She is always nice, extremely helpful and gets the job done quickly. The best part is she always finds the lowest price for our customers. Not only do we send our customers there but we also insure our personal vehicles with Citywide.

I just want to really acknowledge this insurance is by far one of the best insurances I’ve ever delt with ! I’ve been with them a little over a year now , and they have really impressed me . The agent I work with most is Brandy Hutchison and she is hands down amazing ! She’s super easy to work with , she accommodates my request in every way she can , she goes above and beyond to make sure my every concearn is taken care of , and they have been the cheapest insurance around for me. I’m a receptionist at a dealership where I can’t really talk on the phone as much to take care of my personal business , and Brandy has literally done whatever she could to keep in contact with me and keep me as up to date as possible . Overall I highly recommend this insurance company and it really helps when youre in a pickle and need the cheapest insurance rate you can find !

If you like nasty attitudes, willingness to not help you out, and being told "well I'm with someone else and can't do anything for you" (why'd you answer the phone if it's that important to be drug away) then this is the place for you!!! Fortunately for me, I'm not one of their customers I'm only trying to help out and do some work for one of their clients. If this is how this lady treats everyone like this, and the fact you can cut out agency middleman markups and simply go online to buy insurance, I have no clue how they keep the doors open
