I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management is extremely disrespectful. A friend of mine requested maintenance of the blinds on the window. He was told that “ there are other important things on the list” and when my friend ask if they have any estimated time frame the staff rudely replied” why not go get a blind yourself? “ that is totally absurd and disrespectful. There is no way somebody talk to the tenant like that.

If you value respect for management, then avoid this please. I would not even give one star if I had the option to give none.

It was a good experience initially, but their behavior towards the lease ending period is extremely bad. Especially the guy Russ who is a scam and would not refund your security deposit. He lies on the receipt and refuses to refund what is worth. The building is old and there is a medical factory nearby, thus rendering it unsafe for kids and families. Ventilation is poor. Paint is falling. Kitchen does not have chimneys. They would not change the carpet and many of my friends there had age old carpet that they refuse to change. But, they will steal your security deposit. Poor service and thrives on stealing money.

Really good property management. Shout out to Shawn. Hardly any issues in the house. Whenever there was, fix was prompt. No complaints. Highly suggest to rent.

One of the better landlords I ever had. If something breaks they fix it right away. Willing to work with you if you gonna be late on rent. Just avoid dealing with Heidi. She is the very definition of unfriendly

We rented from them for about 9 years or so and they seem very low rentals for Morgantown and most areas close to campus. Great for students looking for more affordable housing.
