It's a great community of retired folks and young starting families. Great value for the monthly cost. Excellent maintenance staff. Safe to go out at any time. If you're to live in Steubenville this is the place to be. Conveniently located near the mall and restaurants. Mark the owner is a very caring person for his tenants and wants the best for them. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the property when the money allows. Great place to call home!

I loved living here! Mark and his staff are excellent. Quite and very clean property ! Work orders are handled quickly, apartment was very updated when I moved in. If I every move back into that area I will be renting from Mark again!

Old, outdated and overpriced. You can tell that the owners put no money into their property. I don't think these places have been touched since they were built. Huge rip off. Kitchen cabinets, carpet, flooring, doors and fixtures from the 70s. I will look elsewhere for this price.

They look like they’re from the 90’s but they are safe to go out walking. If you like things that look like the 90’s you should go there.
