Lived here for 2 years absolutely magnificent. View was amazing so was the staff and residents. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an upscale living experience walking distance to downtown and Market Square.

Quiet building, high ceilings, new fixtures, uniquely beautiful spacious windows, central air, washer and dryer in unit, great view, exposed brick walls, light and airy vibe, fast modern elevators, walking distance to Centre Market, a responsive, onsite management, and a pets welcome policy...what's not to like? We moved here as an temporary step while selling our house, but now we're here to stay. Great job, Woda!

Management and maintenance work quickly to fix any problem should they arise. Good location close to bars and restaurants, ample parking (2spots) and a small but useful gym.
