I have had the pleasure of working with Tom O'Brien on two separate commercial real estate deals. Once as a buyer and once as a seller. He is truly a great broker. Knowledgeable, fair, honest and caring. If you need a broker, Tom is a great choice. He stays calm (when I wasn't) and gets the job done. I can't emphasize how much I appreciate him.

We tried unsuccessfully to sell our family business for over a year before giving the task to Tom... AND ARE WE GLAD WE DID!

He promoted our listing so well that we immediately had OVER 25 interested parties. We narrowed the playing field down to 8 interviews and Tom helped us recognize which buyer was the perfect fit for us.

I've known many commercial real estate and business brokers in my 50 year career and have been mostly unimpressed with the laziness and greed of the majority... but not Tom! He negotiated a selling price OVER THE LIST PRICE and handled every detail that came up until the deal was closed.

He challenged our thinking when it was needed and got us to the finish line right on time.

Tom has ALL the qualities that you would expect from a commercial and business broker... and he's a nice guy too!

Andrew is a wonderful realtor and very easy to work with. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is on same page and things get done in timely manner.
