DO NOT TRUST One of their agents LORI JACKSON. This woman is a potential child predator/ human trafficker. She, a complete stranger, persuaded my little brother and daughter to get in her car, even after being told no which is what we teach our kids. She went against the #1 safety rule every parent in the world tells their kids. She also called the police before leaving without speaking to any adults which caused them to come to my house and cause my family severe emotional distress. She will not answer or return any attempts to contact her for clarification on the situation, leading me to believe she is hiding something. Her actions are incredibly inappropriate, irresponsible, reckless, and completely unwarranted. There is absolutely no valid reason for her to do anything she did. She persistently convinced little kids to get in her car after being told no and she comes off as a child predator or human trafficker. She did all this while representing her realtor company, Coldwell Banker. Based on her actions she seems mentally unwell and i would not trust her whatsoever and especially not with anything as important as selling or buying a home.

If youre ever looking for the best possible real estate agent you can work with, consider Belinda Hodge, From Coldwell Banker Bain Belinda was absolutely instrumental to us finding and getting our house. From the beginning, as first-time homebuyers, we had very very like.....VERY little knowledge about how to find the right place. We had worked with a couple of real estate agents who were good people and decent at their jobs, but they were looking for a price range on a house...not getting to know us and finding us our HOME. Every aspect of the process from: house showing, to bidding, inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, closing, and every possible question we could throw at Belinda (of which there were lots), she was with us every step of the way helping us GET WHAT WE WANT...not just for her to get a sale. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons of the houses we would visit and knew what we wanted and tried to be honest but also straightforward with us. She was never dismissive or imposing, she was the perfect level of expertise/counsel working with us according to OUR needs and requirements and interests. And if that isn't already proficient enough, she was: warm, kind, and genuine which seem like rare traits in people these days. My wife (in 2 months) and I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Belinda. She was upfront and honest and hands-on (she even checked out the crawlspace for us at once place) Through the entire process we never once felt forced or coerced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up going extremely well. While she wasn't pushy at all HOWEVER she also was timely and helped us to be prompt... she helped us to be ahead in all aspects of the process; a problem that I (the constant procrastinator) would have has struggled with if not for Belinda. If you're wanting to sell or buy...you're a free American to do what you want but I would recommend using Belinda Hodge!
