As first time homebuyers we still had a lot to learn on things to look for when viewing a house. Callie was AMAZING at helping point out things we never even considered to ensure we had all the information needed before making a decision.

Once under offer, we had quite a few findings during inspections. Callie was able to provide us great recommendations for additional contractors and supported being available for additional inspections. It was a stressful time and Callie's support helped us get through it.

Callie has excellent communication skills. She has practical knowledge of real estate laws and practices and can explain complex rules and regulations to a novice seller. Expectations were always managed. Callie held open houses and kept me, the seller, informed of input and comments. I feel Callie is trustworthy and always worked in my best interest. I will definitely ask Callie to be my realtor in the future.
