Realtor did a lot of research to find great choices, then ensured all questions were answered quickly and made sure to protect us from making a bad investment. Influential with seller above competitor realtors to get us the deal we wanted. Excellent people skills to connect with sellers and reduce stress of making a major decision in buying a home. Went to an open house for a home in Everett. Waited and waited, knocked on the door. Called the company and nobody answered nOr called us back. Waste of time. I have warned my fellow community of their bad practice and thankfully was able to save a few people from wasting their time going to look at the house. People were pulling up to the driveway and I kept having to tell people that nobody is here or answering. I feel bad for the people that wasted their time coming to this open house but thankfully none of them wasted their time waiting.
