Having lived in a co-housing arrangement years ago, I was excited to learn about co-buying as a way to build wealth during a presentation Eva gave at a local event. I knew I wanted to work with an agent who specialized in co-buying since dealing with multiple buyers in a transaction can be complex. 3 friends interested in co-buying and I met with Eva and everyone came away from that meeting well equipped and ready to get started. We are so happy we chose Eva Otto and the friendly people of Infiniti Real Estate and Development! In this market you need to have the agent that is will to work for you and not for commission. Eva took her time to figure out what we wanted in a home and did not allow us to over pay. She did her research and every day sent us new suggestions. She kept us on track with what we had told her with budget and must haves and did not allow us to waver. Mainly she kept us focused on the goal and never let us get too down for losing out on a house. My husband and I are two very different people and rarely do we go into a purchase of a home, car or even couch without disagreeing with who is helping us. We can never find someone that meets both of our needs and Eva and team not only met both of our needs but exceeded it!! What I loved most about Eva is she didn’t show off her “experience” or all her accolades. She just helped us by our first home and we couldn’t be happier. Simply she referred people she knew and said these people are who I use, if you want to see if you like them or not. Not one time did we feel like we were inconveniencing her or taking up her precious time as is the case with most other agents in hot markets. In this market you want someone like Eva working for you, because you won’t walk away spending too much on a home that you shouldn’t have bought. She keeps it 100% authentic and at times even tells you what you might not want to hear, but it’s the truth and it helps you understand why you need an agent. Two things that matter most to me when I work with a real estate agent. First that they listen more than they speak so they truly know what I am looking for and second that they act on what they heard. If they can do those two things, I know I can trust them and more than not they will find me the best option for what I’m looking for. Working with Infiniti Real Estate and Development’s Eva Otto that is exactly what I got. She was the most calm and collected agent I have ever worked for, she wasn’t pushy or “creative” with why houses would work for us and even at times where we thought we had to settle she calmed us down and told us that we can always keep looking. She saw things in properties that you wouldn’t normally think about, like excess power lines possible re-sell value and she was more than realistic when it came to making improvements. If you want an agent that just finds you a house and gets a deal done, don’t look here. If you want an agent that truly looks out for you like you’re family this is where you go! Eva also helped me find a mortgage broker that literally is one of the main reasons we got the house in a very competitive market. She didn’t make any outlandish promises, simply told us that he is really good at what he does and we should have a conversation with him to see if he’s the right fit! Again most agents force you to pick their people, Eva did not do that! We are so happy with our home and I tell everyone if it wasn’t for Eva we would still be renting!

Eva is a great person to work with. She helped me purchase my first home in the Seattle area during the pandemic, beating out five other offers without having to engage in a bidding war. Her authentic, people based approach is what I wanted in a realtor, and her attitude is definitely a big factor in how I got into such a great first home. She allowed me to really take my time, and took me to see several homes over the course of a few months. I was excited about one prospect, but she wouldn't approve following through on an offer because she could tell there was mold on the premises due to the smell. I peeked my head into the attic, and she was right! She's not just trying to make a quick sale, she wants to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase years afterwards. After we closed she gave me some excellent champagne, and some craft chocolate treats. On the anniversary of the homesale, she had a beautiful, artisan bouquet delivered to my doorstep. I'm happier than ever I made the choice to purchase my home, and equally happy that I got to work with Eva during the process.

Eva sold me my first home back in 2004. I had just moved to Seattle and had been working with an agent who just didn't seem to pay attention or understand my desires to make green improvements to a home with some old world feel. Eva and her team found me a house with great bones to which I could readily apply my skills and energy. After she aggressively closed on the sale for us and locked it down in a hot hot market, her team performed a Healthy Home Assessment as a bonus service. They placed a houseplant in the home after closing. Its a tall indoor tree bringing tons of life into my home.
