You will never be wrong working with Lanktree Land Surveying! I had called at least 10 survey companies and I am very happy that I made the right decision choosing Lanktree. They are very professional in handling complex issues and equipped with the most advanced surveying instrument. They are very patient in explaining and answering my questions.

I like their final inspection report. The report clearly shows where the property line is and all occupational indicators along the property line ( gravel path, stairs etc). They also provide all the field pictures supporting the report to help homeowner fully understand.

They tried to charge me $2,500 to reverify their previous work. When I brought this up they got VERY DEFENSIVE and HUNG UP on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and COMPLETE RIP OFF. Don't waste your time here.
