I came to Bullhead City to buy a lot and build my family a river house. We started out on Zillow and looked at several properties and had no clue. I stopped by a friends and told him I was looking for a lot, and he suggested his neighbor was a realtor and was sure he could help me out. Well, he introduced me to Lee Cravens @ River Rat Realty, I told him that I was looking for a lot and within 30 minutes he came back over and said I think I have a great lot to show you. Lee took me to Punta de Vista, Pegasus Ranch and then to Sunridge Estates. He was correct not only was it a great lot with the Casino view. I was sold and told my wife this is the one, and now we have our dream vacation home on Sundance Dr. Not only that, Mr. Cravens has also found us 2 other lots and now we are on our 3rd build. If you’re looking for a Great realtor Please look no further that Lee Cravens, River Rat Realty I recommend him to any of my family and friends.

LOOK NO FURTHER - Lee of River Rat Realty is the man! Lee helped me find exactly what I was look for and never got tired of hunting them down for me. From Willow Beach, Cimmaron, Fort Mohave, Bullhead, finally finding the one, in Sun Ridge Estates! He is super chill and laid back, easy to work with, and is on POINT in his work.
