I have been with goodale and Barbieri for about 6 years now and I would just like to say that their maintenance man that has been here for less than a year (Jamie Mason) has been the best since I have been with their company. They have been through several maintenance men since I've been here this is the only one that comes when he is supposed to, does what he is supposed to, answers his phone, does not tell you he'll be there at one time and not show up, keeps in contact and keeps everything up to standards if not better! He is the most impressive outstanding maintenance man so far in my six years of renting from this Realtor.. Keep him around he is amazing at what he does, he gets the job done right the first time, and he doesn't quit until it is corrected!

After a month of living in these apartments I have no complaints. As a first time renter Shakira Guzman (leasing agent) helped guide me and my roommates through out the whole process. She helped us set up our electric and has answered all questions we have had for her in a timely manner.

Don't bother with these guys. Buys up property and threatens to wrongfully evict tenants for "squatting" even though they've paid rent every month! I've talked to at least 5 different tenants experiencing this! Don't waste your time

I just recently moved into an apartment owned by Goodale & Barbieri. I am grateful for Shakira Guzman and the company. Shakira was very attentive in responding to my questions about the apartments. The tour was great! She was there on time and she gave me multiple options to look at. The apartment I was interested in was trashed by the last tenant and she told me that the company would remodel the place. I decided on that apartment and once my move-in date came I saw the place, and I was astonished. It was very appealing, and I loved it! New Kitchen counters, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom counters, toilet, and wood floor. I am loving this place, the area is peaceful and there are many stores nearby. The company and Shakira went above and beyond. Overall great move-in experience. I had no complications and the whole process went smoothly.

Just moved in to some apartments owned by Goodale and we were highly appreciative with the company and the agent that moved us in Shakira. She was respectful and transparent with us the during entire moving process. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Horrible place to live at Highland Village Apartments! DON'T DO IT! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR RENT MONEY! They allow smokers on a non-smoking family property. They allow fumes to go into your home. They will also retaliate against you for submitting valid complaints over an extended period of time when trying to get help. The cops won't do anything and God forbid your neighbors harass you and turn it around against you! Worst experience ever! Don't EVER LIVE HERE!

WORST COMPANY EVER. The Property managers are nice but management treats them horribly and makes them work 10 jobs in one and also the management gossips so much about the team out in the field. There is a manager who will talk to you like you are the trash of the universe and looks you up and down like you smell like a used diaper, its extremely unprofessional, embarrassing and unethical on ALL levels! I would choose to move my clients into a place where every single person is treated fairly and ethically.

Was sent to collections before my due date for a repayment plan , had over 8 managers in 3.5 years and was disrespected and mistreated by lexy the property manager on multiple different occasions.
I moved out so fast it wasn’t even funny. Stay away!
