The few times we have had any r&m issues come up, the management team has been wonderful, sending help immediately. The office is easy to work with, and quick with a call back. We’ve been here for 2 years at Echo Glen and now are transferring to another property of theirs for likely another 2 years!

They have been kind, gracious, and the grounds are always beautiful. I did have a bit of trouble getting some repairs done at one point, but I think the requests got lost under higher priority ones (broke ceiling fan and garage door breaking down but still working).

I would say their prices are very fair for what you get. Whenever I had to call them they were always really nice and usually responded within 48 hours. They also helped us out more than once. So while they might be old fashioned in a lot of ways, it’s really for the best, because they are so kind. I think the only person that wasn’t very nice was Mark, but that might just be the way he talks, very much a business man concerned with profits over happiness/satisfaction… kinda scared me a bit and said he’d charge us for things we shouldn’t be charged for, but his partners stepped in and clarified everything and put me at ease. As a neurodivergent adult, it is really important that the people I work with are kind and understanding and very in control of their emotions. But over all my other experiences were so lovely and so sweet, with maintenance as well and Mark only got involved once so I don’t think that’s the norm! So don’t worry. The women are all lovely and sweet and patient. Just be patient with them for a response as well. And if you’re ever waiting too long for a response or a fix, just give them a call and they’ll jump on it. They manage a ton of properties!

We all know how awful a management company can treat you, but I would say that our stay with Moland has been pretty much perfect. My favorite part is the kindness of everyone, but also the responsiveness and of course our apartment at Echo Glen was AMAZING.

(I will warn you that they don’t replace carpets as often as they should, our loft carpet is definitely really old and crusty in our old place lol, but our new place had a smell and they jumped on it and replaced them immediately. I wasn’t expecting that and can’t believe how amazing they are for doing that!! I also think they need a better cleaning company because the apartments haven’t really been move-in ready or all clean and pretty for us when getting the keys, but again, they manage a ton of properties so I bet those cleaners are working their butts off and honestly I can take care of a few dust webs and yuck under a fridge, so not a big deal again. With their deposits and general pricing and easiness of paying rent or getting stuff fixed- 100% worth it)

Such a horrible horrible management pls pls DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!! We had to move out they put up the home on Zillow we have lots of people trying to contact them to rent it out we have been trying to contact them for 5 months already and no one has gotten back to us we cannot afford to be paying two rents I understand if they have no one trying to get the home but we have lots of proof that many many people have contacted them for the home and they have not replied once. Like I said I regret so much renting with them. They are so unprofessional

I have multiple homes managed by Kim and her associates for 15 years. I also have several homes with other management companies. This is a very difficult industry when you are dealing with both sides of the spectrum with owners and tenants. Owners have a lot of risk if a tenant misuses a home and can results in thousands of dollars in repairs that can never be fully recovered. We have suffered some losses which are inevitable, but Kim did a very good job of working through them as best as possible for tenant and landlord alike. I read through her reviews as I am also a business owner, and you can never please everyone all the time. The negative reviews I read seemed to be pretty extreme and were more directed at the relationship with the rental market in general and should not have been directed to her company specifically.

I’ve almost been renting for a year and they are doing great so far. I came from renting from a terrible rental company in Boise with a 24 page rental contract, multiple inspections and drive bys that would charge you for a blade of grass out of place. We never felt comfortable in our rental. Moland is much simpler and easier to deal with. Mark got us in very quickly because we had to move in fast due to a new job. The rental contact was a normal length with reasonable rules. When we needed maintenance done they got right on it and they helped us fix it over the phone. We felt dumb because it was something that we missed and it was right in front of our faces and nothing was actually broken, lol. Mark was so nice about it. Well see how move out works out since it looks they don’t have great reviews about that process. I’ll update when I find out but it’s not going to be for a while. I recommend Mark all day long.
