Rented a single bedroom apartment in Spokane Valley- was super clean and well maintained - move in/signing was seamless and easy. The complex was wonderful and an effort was made to have beautiful well maintained flowers/ planters all summer and the walks were always shoveled early morning all winter. I felt safe.
Jospeh was great with communication regarding my apartment and if I ever had questions Anthony who managed the complex I was in was prompt and kind. My entire experience was great and I highly recommend any of the properties managed by this group as they made my time wonderful!!!

I highly recommend West & Co!!

I worked with them to find my first apartment, and Joseph was so responsive and helpful! Definitely a better experience than the big corporate property management companies.

I was for sure nervous, as this was my first apartment-hunting and finding experience on my own, but West & Co made it super easy and straightforward!

Since moving into my new apartment, they have also been very timely and responsive to any questions I have. And they always make sure to call in maintenance as quick as possible, when I need it, which I so appreciate! Definitely a great company to work with all around.

My daughter and I rented from two other places in Pullman before renting from West & Co. The other two companies had very poor communication and management skills. Almost unreachable. Luckily , we rented from West & Co for 2 years and they have great service and actually cared about our concerns and immediately responded when needed. We highly recommend them.

Worst Property Management company I have ever dealt with. Move into a completely dirty home with appliances that didn't work and very poor support when appliances fail. Good thing I knew the owner and we just worked thru things without this company that he was paying to manage his property. Amazing they are even in business.

Do not let landlords take advantage of you. Know your rights, RCW should always be followed and fair housing is a minimum. Please consult the BBB (Better Business Bureau) if you feel you fell victim to your rights be violated. Stay safe out there

My experience with the company was better than most property management companies. I don’t know how many properties they manage but they were always very responsive (I’ve worked with leasing offices who are only responsible for a single complex and they were much less responsive). My only complaint is that when maintenance had to be done in unit we got zero notice, we always found out after the fact that someone was in our unit. Would have been nice, and likely required by law, to have a certain amount of notice that they would be accessing our unit.

I regretfully must leave a 1-star review for Weston Associates Inc. based on a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I entrusted the management of my rental property to Weston Associates, believing they would ensure reliable tenant placement and professional service. Unfortunately, the reality was far from my expectations.

Weston Associates' tenant vetting process left a lot to be desired, leading to the placement of a tenant who inflicted substantial damage to my property. The resulting financial loss was significant - thousands of dollars in repairs and lost income due to unpaid rent. However, the non-monetary impact was equally distressing, as it took me well over a hundred hours to get the house back into rentable condition and secure a new tenant.

Adding insult to injury, when I raised my concerns about the poor tenant vetting and the impact it had on my property, Weston Associates Inc. responded by terminating our partnership. I was essentially told that the situation was not their responsibility, a response I found to be dismissive and unprofessional.

In summary, I cannot recommend Weston Associates Inc. for property management services due to their inadequate tenant screening process, lack of professional responsibility, and poor handling of client concerns. If you're a property owner seeking peace of mind and professional conduct, I advise looking elsewhere for rental management services.
