In 15+ years as a rental property owner, I have never experienced such indifference and abrasiveness as with M-T's owner (Maria). "IF" you are fortunate enough for Maria take or return your phone calls, you will be met with disdain and impatience, as she makes you feel like you are intruding on her time. She never stepped foot into my property until the bitter end when it was too late, and tens of thousands of dollars in tenant damage had already been done. Then she had the gall to insist the ridiculous amount of damage was "normal wear and tear" (normal wear and tear does not cost $40K and 2 months to fix). M-T also did not take any move-in pictures, which I consider malpractice in this profession. She did not look out for our best interests and consistently appeared to be pro-tenant. The cherry on top was M-T's slow walking the transfer of docs, reports, photos, accounting, keys and overall responsibility to our new property manager. If you want someone to just collect your rent and to treat you like you're an imposition, Maria is your go-to person. Otherwise, I believe property owners should run from this company and go elsewhere...you should expect better than having to deal with someone with a chip on their shoulder who doesn't even perform their most basic responsibilities.

I've got to say that I've dealt with MT Property Management for a year and they have been great. Both Judy and Lacy have been amazing at always taking a call or email and then getting a situation remedied in a timely manner.

I lived with MT for a year and they were really great. Very quick with repairs and generally just taking really good care of their tenants.

I recently moved out and was charged for some repairs that I was not responsible for. I emailed them and they promptly corrected the issue. They could have been jerks and told me it was too bad, but they were kind and attentive instead.

Land lords can really suck, but MT is lovely to work with.

I mostly communicated with Judy the entire 2.5 years we were renting a duplex managed by MT Management. She was always professional and friendly. We have absolutely 0 complaints. Responses to any emails or request were extremely prompt and resolutions to any maintenance needs were always swiftly (with in 24 hours) handled. Move out was easy and painless and the cleaning/maintenance they took from our deposit was extremely reasonable. We still ended up with more than half of our deposit returned to us with in 2 weeks of move out. We would have continued renting from one of their properties, had there been a property available that met the needs of our growing family. 100% recommend MT-Management.

MT management has been wonderful we have been renting from them for over two years now and they are always fast to respond and don't bug us at all! When our garage door broke they sent someone out on the weekend to fix it so our stuff would not be unlocked! Our roof and fence got damaged in the big wind storm in 2015 and they were there the following day to look at it and get things fixed!!! When our dishwasher wouldn't work when we first moved in the replaced it the next day with a brand new one!!! And they charge a reasonable price!!! I'm very happy with them and will refer all my friends and family to them!!! Thank you MT management for being so awesome!!

Just moved out of an apartment managed by M-T management. They were such a great company to work with. We moved from out of state and they helped set up an apartment walk through with my in laws so we could see the apartment in some way. Judy was always available for question and quick to respond to emails. The best residential management company I have ever worked with!

I rented a duplex at 2121 S Herald Rd in the Spokane Valley for 4 years from M T Management. It was a good value for the large duplex, and is in a great neighborhood in the South Valley. Phil at MT was always responsive to my requests for repairs or maintenance, Whenever something needed to be done, they were on it in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated! My experience with them as a rental company has been nothing but positive and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

The management here do not communicate well WITH EACH OTHER, they often harass you when you are communicating with the them about your needs. They use bullying tactics to achieve their goal and do not concentrate on a clear and equitable solutions for their tenants.
