There was an issue with the original rental we booked and we were notified ahead of our arrival & upgraded to an awesome unit!
The management & staff have been very accommodating during our entire trip.
I recommend this rental company & will use them again for future trips.

We thoroughly enjoy doing business with Gulf Shores Rentals. We have been using them for our GS stays for about 11 years. We love the Buena Vista condo. It is spacious, neat & clean, has been kept updated over the years, and is a great price. Smaller condominium building, so not so crowded on the beach.

Gulf Shores Rentals Inc is amazing! They manage my beach duplex, Sunny and Chair E & Sunny and Chair W. I refer customers to GSR if my place is booked, because I know they'll take care of them and put them in the perfect place for their beach vacation. Fantastic customer service and the rentals are always clean 🙂

*Surf Side Shores 2803 (June 2019)*
Our vacation was wonderful from beginning to end. This condo was perfect for our family of three with cute decor & all that we needed. I really appreciated the building had a designated area to leave beach chairs, etc. vs. hauling them up & back to unit. So convenient! Our weather was nice & the water felt great. We’ve been vacationing in Gulf Shores for years & we really enjoyed this stay, this condo & this rental agency. Gulf Shores Rental was refreshing to deal with from our late check-in to anything we could have needed. The “Stay and Play” was a nice perk too as my husband played golf 2 days & he didn’t spend a dime (which is not how it usually goes). Will we do it again? Stay in GS, rent this condo & use this rental agency? Yes. Definitely. ✅

Our vacation home was exactly as expected from the pictures and description listed and we had a perfect family vacation! I was able to add an additional night to our reservation last minute and the staff couldn't be more pleasant, kind, or helpful. The check in and out process was refreshingly simple. We are already planning when we can return 🙂

We were longterm renters, snowbirds. This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for a long stay. Very well equipped kitchen which was important to us. The condo has been well maintained and very clean upon our arrival.

The beds were comfortable and the decor pleasant. Plenty of seating in the living and dining area.

There were a few issues that required attention and Gulf Shores Rentals had excellent response times and satisfactorily addressed them. They were very easy and pleasant to deal with. Very much customer oriented.

Will be back again next year!
