Working with Alex was awesome. Anyone who knows what it's like looking for a home rental in this economy knows it can be difficult to stand out and it can be super competitive. When we found the perfect house we jumped on it and thanks to Alex the process was easy. We had a previous landlord that actually tried to lie about our history and he took the time to get to the bottom of the story and the truth prevailed thanks to his digging. They have made the process very easy and quick!

I am looking for a property management company for my rental home so I called NuKey and had an appointment scheduled with them at the property. I was pretty irritated when Chase failed to show up and when I called him to see if he still was coming he said he forgot about the appointment and couldn't make it. He asked if I would like to reschedule but I honestly don't want to use a company that can't even coordinate to show up to an initial appointment. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.

Update: While I initially did not have a good first impression of NuKey, they quickly corrected what went wrong and have been very communicative with us. We look forward to continuing to work with NuKey.
