I have lived in my development for about ten years and have never had one problem with the HOA. Kris has always been a respectful and diligent community manager. From my perspective, as long as you follow the rules there will never be any issues.

I live there for 7 years and I never had a problem until New Management took over and started claiming that I owed them 5000. Chris O'Neill claim that the previous management had sent over the balance, stating that that was for Missed rent. I set up a meeting with her and her husband and went over the receipts cuz I have copies of everything. they try to discredit my receipts and my money orders.she told me that I needed to show proof that they had cashed the money orders. So I had to get a hold of the money order company (which is it located in Colorado) and paid the processing fee to get proof for each money order. when I receive them I brought it to her attention, kris said she had credit me over $2000 but the balance was still the same. after I showed her all my receipts and proofed that I overpaid them (over $3,000).she started arguing the fact , and I still kept getting emails with the same $5,000 balance. it got so bad that she kept emailing me and threatened to evict us if I didn't pay that balance off within 3 days, and that they're going to send out eviction notices (3 day eviction notices). so on Sept 26 2019 I decided to give in and pay whatever remaining balance (because I have four kids and my girlfriend living with me) and I didn't want us to be homeless. but behold when I went on to the website to make the payment my account was blocked. I was able to log in but not make any payments. I sent her an email regarding my blocked account and did not get a response for a week which at that point rent was due again. and when I did get an email from her it was regarding the balance and that if I didn't pay it by next week that I would be getting a three-day eviction notice.when she sent me that last notice I said I was done with this and decided to move out. There was no way that I was going to put my children in that situation. so by October 19th I moved out and on that time she finally send me an email stating that she unblocked my account and that I can go ahead and make a payment. Worst communication ever and I'm glad I don't have to deal with them ever again. And as far as the money I took a loss. Please be careful when dealing with Kris oneal and the company she works for. U be warned.

I live in a housing development that Kris helps manage and she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I don't feel she does anything to help the HOA other than send out emails once a year for dues. I will be investigating who her boss(es) are as I would like to speak to them regarding her "customer service" and I use that term loosely.

Well Alyssia, first of all you don't know me and I am not a busy body but luckily Google reviews are for people to comment on their experience so why don't you butt out of MY business and let me comment on what I have experienced. I'm glad you had a good experience but I didn't! Oh and by the way, since it seems you are a busy body, I do keep my yard up to code and pay my dues on time. Now who is the busy body

This "company" should be investigated! The physical address is a box at the ups store. The "owner" Kris o'neal LOST my rent check and is enforcing me to pay double plus "late" fees. These are shady people. NOT TO BE TRUSTED! No physical address, no contact with the customer, and absolutely unprofessional in the way they handle business. SO BAD!

My experience was horrible and they really should be investigated. One kris o neil doesn't know how to manage a complex or and work with the tendants at all and its a shame. She defentily did not keep the buildings up to codes the fire extinguishers didn't work they were expired some units didn't even have smoke alarms . a life was lost because of the neglect. On top of that she would claim that you owed her money even when you already paid off everything. You could write her asking for a work order for your unit and i would not even get a response back except that I owe even more i lived in the complex for over 5 years and never had an issue but once they took over all hell broke loose with you owe us this you owe that. Where is all this money that they are collecting going. That's what i want to know. Instead of collecting money how about you make sure everything is up to code and your tendants are actually taken care of.
